The project included eight individual retail buildings, totaling 370,000 square feet, house approximately 78 new tenants. Many of the materials that were removed were recycled, including steel, aluminum, concrete, copper, and cast iron. The International Council of Shopping Centers recognized Asheville Outlets in its 2017 Design & Development Awards.
