Winter completed the 280,000 SF structural renovation and new construction project at Maynard Jackson High School. The new construction consists of a mechanical addition, kitchen expansion, and new 16,000 SF gymnasium, which includes one performance court and two practice courts.
Significant demolition leovegas mobile appenabled the construction of two curtainwall and skylight entry towers, a monumental stairs, and floor to ceiling curtainwalls revealing the courtyard. A key component included the intricate renovation of the existing green roof. The main two-story classroom building includes standard classrooms and STEM labs, expanded areas for band, orchestra, dance and drama.
