The project includes heavy structural renovations including new structural steel inside the existing building, site improvements, as well as new HVAC, LeoVegas bonuselectrical, sprinkler, and plumbing systems. New storefront and overhead sectional doors were cut into the existing brick skin to open up the space and show off the connection to the Atlanta Beltline.
